PLASMA


The use of Ultrafiltration or Nanofiltration systems in the Bovine and Swine Blood Plasma production process results in a higher added value product. This happens because Ultrafiltration and Nanofiltration plasma protein concentration is performed at low temperatures retaining its original nutritional value and at same time reduces the ash content.

The concentration with Membranes allows to raise the solids content up to 30%, making possible the direct feeding of the concentrated plasma to the spray-dryer.
